Message from CEO Dr Desziree Richardson

 
We provide a first-class service designed to imbue the world  with positive and powerful messages so that the world can heal. The Face of Woha, the empower woman platform, enables audiences to feel motivated, which keeps them in good stead throughout their lives while supporting women and children by giving back to the Women of HeartFoundation, London, and other chosen organisations. 
In addition, the Face of Woha aims to support the education and well-being of women and young girls in remote areas through its FACE OF WOHA GIVE BACK CAMPAIGN.
We deliberately attempt to disrupt the paradigm associated with Female Beauty Pageants by giving voice to participants. We firmly believe every woman deserves a chance to shine in whatever shape or form.
The finalists are selected for their rhetorical abilities and not their beautiful facial qualities or body structure.
Our enterprise openly invites diverse women leaders, emerging leaders and professionals ages 18 and over from all nationalities worldwide to participate and be crowned Face of Women of Heart Awards-Face of Woha.
I have also created products that empower through the iconic brand. The face of Woha reminds women that they are powerful beings in the universe, so they can stand, step and stay in their greatness.  The Face of Woha Fashion Brand is a luxury clothing line primarily for women to help boost their confidence and empower their mindset to feel licensed through our fashion Items and beauty products, and public speaking messages.
We are continuously working hard through my platforms, ensuring women are celebrated; young girls are empowered, respected, protected and feel safe. We want them to feel loved and welcome,  become emotionally intelligent and self-aware, and master the importance of self-love, self-esteem and self-worth.
We want to assure them they have a choice and the power to decide. Our projects sustain, support, and implement diversity and inclusion, which exemplify a sense of belonging that embraces these factors.
My message is to strongly encourage you to continue on this journey with me to heal the world and break the Ice into better working relationships among us as women so that we all can resist the threats of our ego and replace it with love, kindness and harmony in our world, where every woman are genuinely in favour of supporting each other from an authentic space in their hearts and share more love, admiration towards each other, where there is no competition but an inspiration to do more. When we come together, we are magical. Let's continue to show a beacon of hope for diversity so that we can all feel regarded and valued. 
Let's continue to be considerate, patient and charitable so that we set an excellent example for the future generation where every young girl can feel that she, too, deserves a chance to inspire the world.  
All women deserve and should not feel insufficient because of their background and culture. They should feel accepted and valued too.  Shine your bright light into a world of endless possibilities and create magic.
